One of the key sustainability directions of the Green STEM Model for Teachers Education project is its integration into follow-up trainings and qualification activities for teachers. The methodology developed within the project is now actively applied in various masterclasses and seminars organized by South-West University “Neofit Rilski.”
Teachers trained in Green STEM take part in new practical sessions where they apply the acquired knowledge and share experiences with their peers. This active transfer of expertise ensures that the impact of the project is not limited in time but expands continuously, reaching new educational communities. In this way, Green STEM remains a living and applicable tool for the modernization of teaching practices.
